Summary

We built this covered deck for a homeowner in the Worthington community in Lancaster County, PA. This project features an open gable roof, which gives an open feel and provides plenty of natural sunlight. The roof is finished with white vinyl ceiling and an outdoor ceiling fan. The deck is built using Azek Harvest Collection Slate Gray, and the railings are Superior Plastic Products’ 3000 Series white vinyl rail. The columns supporting the roof are 8×8 triple trim columns for a more substantial look. Underneath the deck is a secure, waterproof storage area.
