Our History
In the spring of 1994, two friends joined forces with the desire to build beautiful, quality decks. Together, with a passion for design and a skill set to construct and install decks, Stump’s Decks & Porches was born. Over the years, we have continued to grow, but our commitment to serve our customers with integrity has never changed. Over the last 26 years, we have continued to grow and make the necessary changes to stay on the cutting edge within our industry. Our emphasis on a healthy team and providing top-notch customer service has never wavered. We now build over 300 decks and porches every year, but we’re still a family-centered, Lancaster County business at our core.

- Daily overtime
- Paid drive time both ways
- Monthly crew discretionary stipend
- Six paid holidays
- Five paid vacations per year. Add one day per year after 3rd year. Fifteen days maximum.
- Year end bonus
- IRA match up to 3%
- Paid birthday. Eight hours paid on top of regular work day
- Paid break. Fifteen minutes per day
- Several paid team building and recreational events per year
- Flexibility – May grant up to twelve weeks unpaid leave of absence (mission trips, schooling etc.)

General Requirements:
