Covered Deck in Ephrata, PA

For this raised deck in Lancaster County, we created a complete outdoor living space for the homeowner. The raised deck features Azek Vintage Collection decking in Mahogany, along with a custom-built steel railing. The covered living space includes a skylight (with power shade), pendant lighting, and faux wood beams. We incorporated an outdoor kitchen in this project, with a built-in custom grill module and power vented hood. Where the room meets the home, we replaced the existing vinyl siding with stone veneer for added beauty. The final touch on this outdoor living space is the inclusion of Phantom Screens – the remote-controlled power screens that keep bugs out and increase the comfort of this space.
