This enclosed porch is a perfect all-year addition to this home. The deck features Azek decking for a natural wood look and Key-link aluminum railing.  The A-frame roof consists of a cathedral ceiling finished with white vinyl soffit which helps brighten up the space and makes it feel more open. To close this porch off we installed Larson brand “glass to screening swap” windows to extend the use of this space throughout the year. In the summer, you can open the windows to let in the fresh air. In the winter, you can close the windows and install the screens to keep the porch warm. Along with two Bromic brand infrared heaters for extra heat and comfort during colder months. For an entertainment center, we added a Provia Stone veneer and wood mantle. This is perfect for mounting a TV to enjoy watching movies or sporting events with friends and family.
