Hardwood Decks
Hardwood decking provides consistent deck performance, if cared for properly, can easily last 40 years and longer.
Exotic hardwoods, such as ipe and cumaru, are sustainably sourced from Brazil and offer unmatched beauty through their rich colors and textures. These materials are dense and durable, meaning they are long-lasting and require minimal maintenance.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What types of screens do you offer for decks?
-
We recommend two brands: Screeneze and Phantom. Screeneze products are great because they are easy for us to install (and they look great too). Phantom offers motorized and retractable screens, which are convenient features.
- What does a typical project cost?
-
Many of our basic low-maintenance screened-in rooms without the deck cost between $35,000-$55,000. However, since patio size, options, and materials can vary greatly, the cost of a project can easily reach $80,000-$90,000.
